  • Smoking/ Alcohol consumption strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas.
  • Restricted entry to persons not staying with us.
  • Entry to guests floor is restricted, visitors from outside are allowed only after the permission of the staying guests in limited numbers for limited time.
  • Booking without advance payment are held normally up to 16:00hrs. , unless informed for late arrival.
  • All children under 5 years stay free of charge.
  • All children under 10years are charged INR 800 per person per night for extra bed.
  • Pet are not allowed.
  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 2 days before date of arrival.

  • Management has full rights to take required action in case of unseemly behaviour by guest/s which may also result in an on- spot cancellation without refunds.
  • Standard check-in time is; 2 afternoon and Standard check-out time is; 12 afternoon.
  • Please carry a valid Govt. Photo ID card for verifying the reservation ( Pan card is not accepted as a valid ID).
  • Valid ID for foreign guests and NRI with foreign nationality passport and Visa.
  • Valid Id for Indian nationality guests is any one of these; AADHAR CARD/ELECTION CARD/PASSPORT/ DRIVING LICENCE.
  • ID Cards are required for all adults as per local and state laws.
  • Local residents/guests carrying a local ID would not be allowed to check in.
  • Non-Resident guests are not allowed to enter the property.

Cancellation Policy

 
  • All Cancellation must be made at least one week prior to the date of arrival of the guest and all no-shows will be charged at full retention charges.
  • After receiving the service voucher no cancellation request will be entertained, in this case retention for one night will be applicable.
